Lavinia Pastore

Co-Founder of Open Impact & Research Fellow at Milano-Bicocca University

Research Fellow in Business Economics at the University of Milano-Bicocca, Department of Economic and Business Sciences and Law for Economics (Di.SEA.DE). Lavinia holds a PhD in Public Management and Governance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, developing a research project on theories of value. She is adjunct professor in Business Economics for the Department of Social and Economic Sciences at “Sapienza” University of Rome. At Open Impact she is the legal representative and coordinator of the Open Impact Academy. Lavinia is a member of the Scientific Committee and supports the creation of learning content for the Master MISM- Master of II level in Impact Strategy and Management Master of the University Milano-Bicocca. A graduate of the Alma Mater University of Bologna, she studied and worked for several years in Spain, Turkey, England and Australia. Her research focus is on social impact and with Open Impact she wants “to rethink and rebuild how businesses interact with society, contributing to a broader understanding of value beyond its just economic nature”.
